Spencer Scott International

Welcome to Spencer Scott Travel and to a different way of experiencing the natural world that will enrich your life.  For a really worthwhile travel experience please look in more detail at our current programmes on our website or contact us to discuss a particular trip that interests you. Don’t forget to read our news and diary sections too.

Travel with us and holidays will never be the same.

The difference

We have carved a very niche market in bespoke wildlife, photographic, riding, walking and painting holidays for international parties of like-minded people.  We offer rare windows of opportunities to travel in small exclusive parties to the remotest and most exceptional places on earth in search of endangered species and to connect with other cultures.  We always work in partnership with prestigious organisations including BBC Wildlife, Born Free Foundation and Ethiopian Wolf Conservation Programme, and with world-class experts in endangered species and wildlife photography including Simon King OBE, Prof. Claudio Sillero, Stephen Mills and Chris Packham, and with professional artists including Ken Howard RA, Lucy Willis and Tom Coates.  Whether your interest lies in tigers, wolves, Big Cats or seeking out pristine wilderness and indigenous cultures or developing your artistic skills you will not find any other Company offering such exceptional and enriching trips.

The experience

We have been tailor-making programmes for 23 years and every year we offer a different selection of worldwide destinations.  Being a British based Company we tend to focus on European destinations, Africa, India and The Arctic, and to a lesser degree South and Central America. Whether you will be are travelling alone, with a partner or as a group of friends and wherever your home country is, you will be made to feel welcome and part of a privileged family.  English is the primary language for all our trips. Everything is taken care of for you and someone from the Company accompanies every trip in addition to the expert host and local guides.  We do thorough research (first-hand most of the time) and have carefully thought through risk management processes that allow for contingency arrangements and flexibility so that we can accommodate individual requirements, that an opportunity is never missed and that you have a trip of a lifetime. At Spencer Scott Travel we strongly believe that travel broadens the mind and we always aspire to achieve this by providing experiences that are above and beyond anything you have ever experienced and which make a difference. Consequently we attract really wonderful, intelligent and exceptional clients from all over the world.

International participants

As the wildlife hosts and guest artists we work with are becoming better known throughout the world we are seeing an increase in Americans, Australians, Canadians and Dutch and other European nationalities registering on our holidays. We love having multi-cultural parties, so whether you travel alone, with your partner or as a group of friends you will be made to feel part of a privileged family.  For all participants we can offer programmes excluding flights if you prefer to organise your own travel arrangements or do not wish to route through London, private meet & greet service on arrival in the destination, extended visits and booking on-line.  Our programmes are best suited to people aged 40 - 75 years.

We have sterling, Euro and US dollar bank accounts, making it easy for you to pay in your preferred currency by direct bank transfer.  Deposits and balance of payments will be confirmed at the applicable rates on the due dates.  The following list provides guideline prices excluding international airfares.
