Spencer Scott Travel's News & Diary 2012 our 25th Anniversary Year!
We finished 2011 on a high with a fantastic safari in The Masai Mara with Simon King OBE, an intrepid expedition to Ethiopia to study wolves in the Bale Mountains with Prof. Claudio Sillero and an informative safari in India looking at three contrasting tiger habitats with BBC’s tiger expert Stephen Mills. We have a flying start to 2012 our 25th anniversary year with a leopard and whale photographic safari in Sri Lanka with Jonathan & Angie Scott and a rare opportunity to paint alongside one of greatest living artists Ken Howard OBE, RA! Later in the year we are offering you the last chance to walk to one of the remotest places on the planet, the former Kingdom of Lomanthang, now part of Mustang in Nepal. It is your last chance because a 4x4 track will soon be completed, which will undoubtedly and irreversibly alter Lomanthang.
In the 25-year history of the Company we have remained focused on what we do best – well researched bespoke special interest holidays led by the bestexperts in each field and supreme worldwide event management. Our clients are extremely important to us and whilst we do embrace modern technology we still like to talk to everyone individually and to take the time to get to know you and to foster a feeling of belonging to a special family, establish a high level of trust and to deliver a personal service.
In a time when everything and anything is easily available it is the ‘exceptional’ that discerning people strive for and we aim to continue delivering exceptional experiences and making our clients feel special.
Forthcoming trips & availability 2012
We hope there is something in this year’s unique portfolio of special interest holidays that interests you. If you have travelled with us before, you will know that our itineraries are always well researched, focused and sensible, and the accommodation is handpicked befitting the nature of the trip. In addition to the expert leader there is a Spencer Scott co-host with you throughout, to oversee all the arrangements, to implement any requests and to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. There are no short comings or compromises made so our holidays do represent excellent value.
