This is a unique collection of painting holidays suitable for intermediate and experience students to work alongside famous artists in fabulous locations of their own choice. Students are welcome to work in any medium. Everything is organised and managed for you by an accompanying travel escort.
Paint in the South of France with Lachlan Goudie ROI

The colourful coastal town of Collioure has inspired many artists including Dali, Picasso and Chagall. Every day will be spent painting in Collioure and at Portillgate Creeek where Dali lived. Lachlan will encourage and assist students as you work alongside him with an organic approach of techniques. Lachlan will be working in gouache and watercolour but all mediums are welcome. Secluded central hotel with a garden.

Work alongside one of the greatest figurative painters of our generation in ‘the Venice of the north’. Bruges’ appeal lies in its canals, rich Gothic architecture and birth place of the school of the Flemish Primitives. Work alongside Ken and discover his philosophy on how he works through his informative talks and presentations. Travel by luxury coach and take as much equipment as you like. With its monumental art and superb Renaissance architecture Florence is a masterpiece. Talented figurative artist Peter Brown, aka ‘Pete the Street’, will help you capture the essence of Florence and life scenes around the Duomo, in Piazza della Signoria and on the Ponte Vecchio. Paint with Pete and learn by example and from some individual guidance. Excellent hotel with a roof terrace overlooking the River Arno and near the Uffizi.

The enchanting island of Elba is fantastic for painting seascapes, colourful harbours and fortified medieval villages in its lush mountainous interior. Richard is a leading figurative painter who incorporates abstract elements in his work and is best known for his seascapes and beach scenes. Learn by example and from some individual guidance. Intimate hotel accommodation on one of the loveliest inlets on the island. This holiday is offered in association with the New English Art Club.
